How can Sophrology help?

Working 1 to 1 with a Sophrologist can help by focusing on specific concerns with your physical and emotional health matters. The session/s will be personal to your needs.

For all sessions you will be guided through a series of exercises, techniques, breathing, meditations and visualisations. During the sessions you will also be taught some exercises to work on at home. You were your normal every day clothes and can either sit or stand. Sophrology is easy to master and works by achieving harmony between your mind and body leading to feeling calmer and happier in the long run. Able to cope and perform more effectively in our lives.

North West Sophrology will be running open groups in various location across Merseyside and Cheshire. These groups will be for individuals who simply prefer to working in groups and the sessions will be run in a shared and supportive setting.
